This machine will cut any type of tiles, (ceramic, porcelain, and up to 2" thick cement paver tiles, also marble and other stone products) It includes a water pump to supply fresh water to the blade. Unless you are cutting large pieces of material that hang over the sliding table edge there is no splashing of water on the floor. This machine was purchased from a professional tiler who quit the business and I have used it very little since. The blade can be tilted up to a 45 degree angle. It can be locked in place to allow both hands to be used to guide the material through the blade or you can move the blade up and down (at 0 degrees tilt) through the material. This machine originally cost over $2000.00 new. Please don't try to lowball the price. Accessories include an adjustable straight edge and 45 degree angle cut that is lockable to the sliding table. There is a second backup water pump. The 10" blade is nearing its useful life and a new 10" blade can be purchased from LumberWorld for about 70.00
