Pains me sell 'the Burb' after 12 yrs. Best vehicle of many I've owned! Just bought a smaller SUV to tow behind our coach; we don't need two of them. HIGHLY DESIRABLE - BARN DOORS! Note: if considering a 'Burb' you want one with Barn-Doors, trust me, I've owned both. Loading groceries, building materials, tools or pets is a breeze. WE JUST COMPLETED A ROUND-TRIP TO PRINCE GEORGE LAST AUGUST - WITHOUT ISSUE. CRUISE CONTROL WORKED PERFECTLY! ARGUABLY THE MOST VERSATILE AND CAPABLE FULL SIZE 4x4 TRUCK EVER! HAUL PEOPLE OR A GOOD SIZED STACK OF 4 X 8 SHEETS ANYWHERE! FULL TOWING PKG. INCL. BRAKE CONTROLLER & 7 PIN CONNECT. BURB'S ARE EXCELLENT TOW-VEHICLES! FULLY LOADED WITH POWER/HEATED LEATHER SEATS - 'DUAL-ZONE' A/C & HEAT. 6-SPEAKER ALPINE BLUETOOTH SOUND! FULL SKID-PLATE PKG. ALL SHEET-METAL IN VERY GOOD CONDITION (see pics). Small crease on lower fender apron (see 6th pic). Drivers side seat heater not working. Never looked into it. Rear carpet shows typical stains from a truck that can haul anything. Front seats show some wear (patina) BUT NO HOLES OR TEARS! Note: no 3rd-row rear seat included in sale. There are many available on the market if needed. Have receipts for new engine and lots of other work. Drove it to California with the new engine and averaged over 13L-100/18-mpg. No BS! Sitting on good BFG AT's with 3-Peak snow rating. Recent work: -NEW GM Goodwrench 5.7L truck crate-engine from Jenner Chev/Olds installed by Roberge Auto Service (Victoria) 2012'. New engine now has 140/K on it. -New cat's - approx 10 yrs ago. -New in-tank fuel pump - 5 yrs. -Oil changed, all fluids checked at EZ-Lube on Jacklin. July 24'. -Full brake-service last summer (July 24'): NEW front calipers/rotors/pads; rears inspected, adjusted E-brake. -Shop A/C service & recharge July 24'. Front/rear A/C blows cold (saved our asses on our trip to Prince George last August). This 'Burb' shows well for its age, drives straight and goes like a scared rabbit.
