$600 · Room for Rent in 3 Bedroom Fernwood House

Available March 1 We are looking a third roommate. We live in a 3 bedroom house in Fernwood near town. Rent is $600, internet is $35 and 1/3 of heat per month. There is washer and dryer in suite and dishwasher. The house is about twelve years old. Nice large living area, kitchen, front porch and backyard with garden. Most important we want someone who is easy to get along with, pretty chill and a good communicator. I would also like someone who goes to work or school Monday through Friday if possible. If you work from home unfortunately that is not a good fit as I don't want someone who never goes out. A bit about me: I am a male and live a pretty healthy lifestyle, enjoy music, art, films, the outdoors, and travelling. I don't drink these days and I don't smoke. I don't mind if you do but it's not a party house. Dinner parties and friends totally ok. I am a music professional so I do write my own music sometimes during the daytime during the week, but never on weekends or evenings. Otherwise we're normally pretty quiet here. We mostly talk in passing and are pretty busy and doing our own thing. Other roommate is a computer science student at Uvic who is usually studying or at school. We have had both female and male roommates in the past. There are 2 bathrooms, I have one of my own. The other one is shared between you and the other roommate. It's an awesome place. Room Is 9 feet by 10 feet and a has a window that gets quite a lot of natural light facing westerly and out over the back yard. No pets, no couples. Sorry no exceptions.
