Need a vintage or antique handsaw sharpened? I'm your guy. I can sharpen any saw from a hundred year old Disston to a three month old Spear and Jackson you picked up on Amazon. My current fees are as follows: Backsaw prices: $15 for sharpening $10 to set the teeth $15 surcharge to change a rip to crosscut or vise-a-versa $5 surcharge to any of the fees above for a saw with 15tpi or finer. Panel saws: $20 for sharpening $10 for setting $20 surcharge to charge a rip to crosscut or vise-a-versa For a saw that is to be used regularly, a broken tooth here or there is not typically an issue. If a tooth is missing or broken I can work my way around it at no extra cost, however, if the teeth are very worn and/or significant reshaping is required it will cost approx $100. I am not presently in a position to offer teeth recutting services. My turnaround time for saw sharpening is approximately three days. If you have any questions about my services just ask.
