-Very light (around 950 lbs.), easy towing. I can move it around by hand -fibreglass clam shell design -new 1/2” plywood roof with secure-a-seal membrane (done by rv roof repair in Cobble Hill, check out product on website). Original roof was just a layer of canvas! -new roof vent -newer cushion covers -propane stove and heater -3 way fridge -comes with new spare tire, towing mirrors, jack stands, new deep cycle battery, propane tank, solar panel for battery, hand dolly to easily move around by hand (lets you tuck into tight camp spots) -13’ long (inc. hitch), 6’-10” wide, interior ceiling height 6’-2”, main bed 6’-5” x 45”, bunk beds 6’-1” x 22” (collapsible) -selling as is, fair condition. I may reno ceiling to redo insulation (because of new fan install) but might not have time. -not many of these small campers on the Island but you already know that!
