Innerlife Health Services is a small, intimate clinic and established collective of health practitioners, located in the Royal Oak Shopping Centre, who run their businesses and practices independently but share a collegial space and mutual values rooted in whole health, connection, and community. If you are an acupuncturist, massage therapist, energy/body-worker looking for a home for your business and practice, please consider joining us. We have Tuesdays and Thursdays available in one treatment room, and Monday in the other. Saturdays are available in both. The location is central to many areas of the city and is also easily accessible by bus. The shopping centre has a good selection of stores that allow people to pick up groceries, pharmacy items and more before/after an appointment. Access to other health providers in the same complex allows people to attend multiple health appointments in the same location. 3 hour parking for clients. The clinic is on the ground floor, is wheelchair accessible, and has its own accessible bathroom. Great autonomy of practice. After hours security. Contract rent is based on your number of days per week, no commission. Available Monday-Saturday, $70 per day for 4 days per week. Rent includes GST, Secure Internet connection, Window & website advertising, Tenant/client parking, Clinic cleaning, Clinic supplies & Utilities. (Linen services are additional). ** Available July 1
