$1,100 · Large bedroom in shared apartment

Hi all! I have the main bedroom in my apartment available for rent. The whole apartment is very large, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. It has in-suite laundry and storage as well as a parking spot. It is on the second floor of a boutique apartment building in Esquimalt. Some of the furniture will be going with my ex when he moves out, so if you come with a couch or TV let me know! Your room will be unfurnished. About a 15 minute walk to Esquimalt road where there are lots of busses downtown and to UVic. About a 45 minute walk to downtown. Utilities will be split between the two of us. I have Netflix and Prime. Your future roommate - 35 year old woman, recently separated from my fiance, as well as my 12 year old Scottie dog Shortbread! I work full time right nearby and bring my dog to work with me. You are- 30-40ish, no couples or additional pets (maybe a small caged animal but my dog isn't the most friendly with other dogs, but she loves people!) not in my party era anymore but do enjoy small gatherings.
