Companionship/mentoring for neurodivergent teens and adults

I am a Health Coach offering one-to-one companionship and mentoring for teens and adults in Victoria who need extra support from an adult who understands what they might be going through in a complex world. Let's be creative together! After an initial phone call to discuss your or your child's needs, we can either meet at your home or outdoors to decide on what activities we can explore on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. The opportunities are unlimited and can include: - Time spent in nature - Learning new things - Taking up or completing projects, whether easy or more challenging - Creative games, art or storytelling - Attending an event in the community - Activities that involve practicing how to calm and regulate the nervous system while supporting resilience This is a passion project I am initiating for the summer of 2024 into the fall, and we will see where it all leads! Sliding scale for the time I devote to these uplifting partnerships is $25-$45 hourly. Please see my website for more information.
