Avid Gardener ISO 1-2 bedroom suite or cottage

Hello, I am looking for a quiet, well-maintained 1-2 bedroom, unfurnished, long-term, rental home in Victoria for myself and my senior cat. Ideal move-in date September 15th or October 1st, 2024 but I am flexible for the right place as I am looking for something long-term. Ideal areas would be Oak Bay, Rockland or Fairfield. 1-2 bedroom with full bath (shower and tub) A private outdoor patio, deck and garden as I am an avid/professional gardener. I have my own plants that I would like to create a garden with, as well as, take care of any existing garden that comes with the rental. Close to a beach! I like to swim in the ocean year round almost daily. No basement suites please. In-suite laundry Non smoking, non-partying, no drugs etc I am financially stable, a professional gardener/landscaper for over 24 years and I also work from home online as a Certified Healthcare professional. I am very quiet (however, I do play the piano) and respectful. I do not smoke, drink, party or anything of the like. I have one senior (14 years) neutered outdoor/indoor cat (mostly indoor except for walks on a leash) I am currently living in the Rockland area, house sitting for long time friends for four months. Previously, I was living in the Cowichan Valley for 2.5 years for my daughter to finish high school. My daughter is going to UVic in the Fall so I am relocating to Victoria to be near her and also to enjoy the wonderful city of Victoria, which I love! Previous to moving to the Cowichan Valley in 2021, my daughter and I lived in Gibsons and I rented a house there for 6.5 years and had a wonderful relationship with our landlord. I'm happy to provide excellent references including my previous landlords, gardening clients, neighbours and contacts on Vancouver Island. I look forward to hearing from you, thank you!
