Hello small business owners or those starting a small business. I am sharing a space in my bakery that has both production and retail space and looking for a small business to share with. The space is located within a lovely vibrant community in Victoria and is well supported by the local community. What you have to offer if good and made with love will be welcomed by the community here. There is a possibility of using a portion of the space for your own retail depending on what you are selling, however, if you wish to only use the space for production that is good as well. Some uses could be good for baking, using as a ghost kitchen to sell to any of the online food delivery platforms. You may have a non edible artisan product line that you could sell by setting up a booth for yourself in the retail section. The kitchen is fully equipped and depending on your need, equipment can be added or you can bring your own in. There are many possibilities and uses for the space and I welcome your ideas.
