Avid Gardener ISO Long term 1-2 bedroom

Hello, I am looking for a quiet, well-maintained 1-2 bedroom, unfurnished, long-term rental home in Victoria for myself and my senior cat for September 15th, October 1st or 15th, or Nov 1st 2024. However, flexible with the date for the right place. Preferably in Oak Bay, Rockland, Gonzales, Jubilee or Fairfield as I want to be centrally located as I ride my bike and walk almost everywhere, however, I do have a car. I also like to be close to the ocean as I swim almost daily. I am currently living in the Rockland area, house sitting for good friends for 4 months, while I transition to Victoria as my daughter is going to UVIC in the Fall (she will be in Residence). I am financially stable, a professional gardener/landscaper for over 24 years and I also work from home online as a Certified Healthcare professional. 1-2 bedroom with full bath (shower and tub) A private outdoor patio, deck and/or garden as I am an avid/professional gardener. I have my own plants that I would like to create a garden with, as well as, take care of any existing garden that comes with the rental. No basement suites please. In-suite laundry Non smoking, non-partying, no drugs etc I am very quiet (however, I do play the piano) and respectful. I do not smoke, drink, party or anything of the like. I have one senior (14 years) neutered outdoor/indoor cat (mostly indoor except for walks on a leash). I'm happy to provide excellent references including my previous landlords (2.5 years and 6.5 years), gardening clients, neighbours and contacts in Victoria.
