LF student, mom mat leave, or anybody happy to place and answer ads

i have an idea for offering an inexpensive rental space on my small hobby farm for certain types of solo workers who for any number of reasons no longer want to work from home . If you work on a volunteer basis to help me prepare the space, I will provide you with a $500 finders fee and a monthly income of $50 for each month the tenant stays. Really, I am not looking for a pro with a portfolio. I know it will be a bad fit. I am looking for a needle in haystack in terms of finding the right fit. So it will take a happy type who would like to help me, thinks the challenge might be fun, and would be delighted to stop by artisan tables at farmers markets and crafts fairs to drop off printed info. The mom who organizes the sunday school christmas plan and the neighbourhood annual garage sale and had at least a bit of experience being paid to sit at a desk and use a computer and maybe makes pin money by selling stuff online. If you have bragging rights for "seach engine optimization" or "market share advantage" -- we would never see my needs the same way
