Share this spacious 4 bedroom 2 baths with 2 housemates. I’m just moving in and looking for 2 respectful mature compatible housemates to live with. The place: Beautiful and bright upper suite. 4 generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), double garage. Front deck, back patio, shared yard, plenty of parking. Utilities not included, it should be about 300$/month including internet. Close to the Red Barn on Vanalman making this very central with easy access to the HWY1 and HWY 17. No smoking of any kind and no pets allowed. Downsides: Shared laundry. We can hear the traffic outside a bit. The fireplace is not functional. I’m looking to rent the 2 bigger bedrooms. The master has 2 big closets and its own bathroom for 1300$+ and the second bedroom is almost as big with one big closet for 1100$+. We share a large kitchen, dining room, big living room and double garage for lots of storage and play space. Me: I’m a professional in my 40s with regular 9-5 work schedule. I do work from home about 2 days/wk. I frequent the gym, enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking and disc golfing. I like to read, play games and often have a craft project on the go. I want this new place to be a cozy, relaxing place to make my home. Well our home. While I have the necessaries, I really don’t possess much yet so there would be room for your stuff or we can get equipped as needed. You: Respectful. I know I’ve said that already but it really sums it all. Tidy, considerate, good communicator, open minded. While I don’t need to become best friends with my housemates, I do want to feel comfortable in my home, so if you like the place, message me a little something something and we can see if we fit. N.B. Pictures are from previous tenants as I have not moved in yet I do not want more than 3 persons total. So if you are a couple you get 2 bedrooms to yourselves and pay 2400$+.
