Needing for June

I am posting a inquiry on a 1bedroom or a studio rental here in Sidney or the sanddowns. Myself (female) my 5lbs female ESA Animal and friend (male) are seeking a place to call home that is not my run down travel trailer. We both are full time employees for traffic control companys , but my company has just branched out over here so my full time job is more like a part time as of right now . But will pick up soon . We are hoping to find a place that is around $1500 or up too $1700 with everything included, parking for two trucks one being a company work truck., hydro , garbage , washer/dryer is possible. And Heat . We come with rental references and employment references. We are both very clean quiet respectful humble friendly mid 40's none partiers none drugs and alcohol none smoking . Well I vape that is it . ... If anyone has or knows someone who is looking for great people to be long term tents that will also look after the place but also look after and attending to keeping your property up to par when your away .
