Quality, $3,000 "Purefit" plant based, memory foam mattress. Used for three years (with protective cover). Worsening spinal and hip problems made it too difficult to sleep on, requiring return to a regular, firmer coil mattress. It has been wrapped in heavy duty mattress plastic and stored for another four years in case we could go back to using it.
