I am moving for the summer and hoping to sublet my ensuite room or I'm open to a lease takeover!! The place is fully furnished (but I can move my stuff for a lease takeover) and in a brand-new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The room is large and bright, with a view of the city skyline! There are blackout blinds, and I have added some adhesives to the bottom of the windows for less light, but these are easily removable! If subletting, it comes with a double bed, a dresser in the closet, and a desk that I’ll be leaving, but you’re welcome to rearrange the furniture. The ensuite bathroom is spacious, featuring a shower and plenty of counter space!! There is another bathroom with a bathtub in the suite as well. The Apartment: - Incredible location with skyline views!! - Very private and on the top floor of the corner of the building! - Quiet, walkable neighbourhood - 10-minute walk to Cook Street Village and Dallas Road, and 15 minutes to downtown - Nearby grocery stores include Root Cellar (10 minute walk), Market on Yates (10 minute walk), and Thrifty Foods in Fairfield (about a 25-30 minute walk) - Close to lots of coffee shops, a yoga studio, gyms, restaurants!! - In-suite laundry, dishwasher, air conditioning, and modern finishes throughout - Secure underground parking available (street parking also available) and locked bike storage - Close to numerous bus stops - Roommates are two responsible female students in their mid-20s!! Another room may be available over the summer until January as well if you have a friend interested! Rental Details: -$1500 per month, but I can lower this slightly for a sublet if that is an issue! I will likely move out at the end of the month, so there is a chance to move in before May 1st too!
