We are Bill and Paula, retired Business Executive (Professional,Engineer—P.Eng. —Emergency Room Nurse R.N.) respectively , and are the sole occupants living above the suite The suite is a beautiful Garden Suite , 8ft. Ceiling, professionally soundproofed walk out sunken patio. Note that free standing dividers separating the bedroom, have been offered to previous tenants, but have been declined—-offer is still open upon request!! Completely furnished including all utilities, new linens, towels, mattress —-iron, ironing board—-oven mitts—-you name it and we have it. Stove, Toaster oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, crock pot, blender, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery etc. Lots of storage space: storage closet located adjacent outside door—Double closet in bedroom , including free standing pine “tall boy”, plus drawers in TV armoire Please NOTE that the suite has a hard wired smoke and carbon monoxide detector , and also a recently recharged fire extinguisher, outside motion detector light. Shared laundry with live in landlord . Computer desk, paper shredder, Smart TV with Netflix, Disney, Prime Video etc..
