Couple seeking 1 bedroom apartment in or near James Bay:)

Hi there! We're a couple looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in the James Bay area to rent. A little about us: we have a good collection of books (mostly classics), we love movies and particularly foreign films, and enjoy the park for it's wild flowers and occasional symphonies. We're non-smokers, don't have pets, do not party or drink alcohol, and are quiet and respectful. We both have good jobs as well.
