Subleting my home in Oakland, Victoria. I am going traveling in Dec so it's only for that month or for Nov 8-17.( pm for price for the 10 days) I won't be responding to " is this available " tell me a bit about yourself if you are interested. Walking distance to haultain corners, coffee shops, stores , Royal jubilee hospital or a easy bike ride away to downtown. 10 mins walk to hillside mall, Walmart or thrifty grocery store. This is a 2 Bedroom townhouse but I will be only renting the 1 bedroom. Sorry no pets allowed.
