Couple Seeking Rental for April/May 2025

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read our message! We’re a responsible couple planning to relocate from Tsawwassen to the Victoria area in the next few months. One of us works full-time remotely with the federal government, and the other will be starting a 2-year program at Camosun College in September. We’re looking for a 1- or 2-bedroom rental with a convenient commute to the Camosun Interurban campus. We don’t have pets or children but do have two vehicles, though if the location is close enough to school, one car might be manageable. We’re hoping for a move-in date in April or May, depending on the right place. Ideally, we’d love to find a unit with in-suite laundry and utilities included, though we’re flexible if those aren’t available.
