I’m looking for a clean and quiet, preferably female, roommate in their early - mid twenties, someone who is reliable and ideally a mature student or working professional. Details - Rent is $1375 plus hydro and move in date April 1st 2025. - Kitchen and living room are fully furnished. - In suite laundry, dishwasher, balcony and 12ft tall ceilings - New building - Building has a courtyard plus rooftop seating with fireplace, bbqs and an enmities room The apartment is located in gorge/ tillicum area. 1-2 minute walk to bus stop for the 11/9/8, 15 min walk to 26/22/21. Uptown and Downtown within a 15 minute drive. Tillicum mall/ tillicum shopping centre 5 min drive or 15-20 min walk. Parking NOT included, street parking or rentable underground parking if available. A bit about myself - I’m a female in my early twenties. I work a full time job, typically 9-5 throughout the week. I am a social person and periodically will have a few friends over, though more often than not I go elsewhere to see friends. I’m decently quiet, the most you’ll hear is my music playing.
