Private bedroom for rent in 3 Beds 1.5 Baths -Shared House Private room for rent May 1st or April 15th in an upstairs 3 bedroom suite on Triangle Mountain in Langford Please read the WHOLE post to see if your a fit. This beautiful home has a hottub, deck with backyard, minutes walk away from a lake, ample parking, away from people but a 5 min drive from Walmart. We do have a bus route but a vehicle is likely best as we live on the top of Triangle Mountain. There are 3 rooms in this upstairs suite. 1 has a half bath suite and he only uses the bathroom to shower. (This room is rented) The other 2 rooms would share a bathroom. (This would be you would be sharing the bathroom) Currently, there is 1 female and 1 male renting the rooms and work in landscaping. The kitchen is fully stocked and living room has what it needs as well, so you would only need your room things. There may be a small amount of storage in a dry shed if needed. There is ampule amount of street parking but be aware our driveway is very steep. Majority of us who live here don't drink which doesn't mean you can't have a few but it would be an expectation to respect that you co-live with people who don't so NO partying. Smoking/ vaping is strictly outside if you do. The Downstairs suite which is a separate suite which myself (nurse) and husband (business owners) are downstairs and your main contact people. We all share the laundry room which we've never had issues with. Rent is $920 plus utilities which is usually around $75/month (covers wifi, hydro, hotwater, garbage ect) and we spilt the propane between us all during the winter months.
