$1,800 · Wanted: 1 Bedroom Top Floor Suite/Detached Suite

Hello, This may be a long shot, but I am looking for a long term non-furnished 1-bedroom cat friendly top floor apartment, above garage suite, or detached suite (nobody above me). I am open to a variety of neighborhoods anywhere from Victoria to Langford. Max $1800 everything included, at least 1 parking spot, in suite laundry and full kitchen appliances. I am a permanent full-time employee of the BC Public Service and I work from home mostly. I have references from my current landlord, who can vouch that I am quiet, respectful and low maintenance. As mentioned, I have one well-behaved inside cat. I'm looking for a move in date of June or July to ensure my current landlord has reasonable notice. I live a fairly low-key lifestyle, enjoy reading, cooking, baking and being outside in the summer. I do not smoke/vape/drink/party. I take great pride in keeping my living area clean and tidy.
