Fully furnished (or unfurnished) Pet-Friendly 872 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 den, 1 bathroom basement suite with living room and kitchen. We are a family with a super friendly dog, an adventurous toddler, and a baby. Things to know: The soundproofing is not very good, so you'll hear our toddler and our baby - and all the sounds that come with that (crying, running around, playing). The basement ceiling is short, and there's nothing we can do about that unfortunately. We are flexible on the price for the right person.
