Looking for a new home

Sadly, I must leave the cottage I’ve rented in Sooke after 14 years as the owner’s daughter is moving in. I’m a retired senior lady, artist & writer, quiet, responsible, independent, non-smoker with excellent references and credit. Looking for 1 bedroom or large studio, quiet area, some outside space if possible, in or around Victoria, a place to call home, as of August or September.
