The property is a 5 minute drive to the ferry and about 10 minutes to Sidney. We are surrounded by park trails and within walking distance to Horth Hill Park. We are an active family with three young children, a large dog full of energy, chickens and ducks. We enjoy gardening and being outside. Tenancy Information: One year lease with option to renew $2200 per month 1 parking space inside gated area, additional parking on the street. Tenant is responsible to setup their own BC Hydro Account (Separate meter), phone, internet & cable. Suite has baseboard heating.
