With some minor scratches in it he grey painted wood. Signed in he lower right hand corner by British born, Canadian artist Cecil E. James and dated 1977. The winter scene in the Canadian Prairie is well executed and measures framed appropriately 22.5 inches in height x 28.5 inches in width.
