The LED light in the handle can be pivoted to a horizontal or vertical position. Includes batteries. There is an adjustable strap attached to the handle. Comes with 3 different interchangeable feet. 3 of the parts are expandable/collapsible. Maximum height is ~ 45 inches. Minimum useable height is ~ 23 inches. Fully collapsed length is ~ 21 inches. This black walking stick hasn't really been used. It's been taken out of the bag and tested out, but never actually used for any walks, and the extras (feet and batteries) are still attached in and in their original condition.
