LOST Black Pannier Bike bag

Lost, Black Pannier Bike bag Mon Oct 21 just before dark Between Xmas hill and Kings Rd at Blanshard. Probably along Blanshard somewhere. It has some bike lights, carrots, some pens, a little cash and some dice in it. I really want the dice bag back. It was from a friend who has died so has a lit of sentimental value to me. I have no picture of it. It did have a little reflective feather on it too.
