Declutter + Minimize

I’d love to help you or a loved one declutter and minimize your home and belongings. I love to create space within a home and create comfortable rooms where you feel at ease and unstressed by the possessions around you. I have been a minimalist, a maximalist and everything in between. I have found what works for me is a tidy and “less is more” approach and environment, while also living amongst the things I use and love. This is a collaborative journey and you will be with me a lot of the time, so we can efficiently and quickly go through rooms, clothing and possessions together and donate or discard. Once we have decided on keep items I can organize on my own accordingly. I truly believe in safe shelters for ourselves that make us feel good. I would be honored to help create this new space for you. I book you for the week Monday to Thursday 5 hours per day for $1000. This includes donating all purged items at the end of the week to Salvation Army. I can do a dump run but will require you to pay the dump fee, and items cannot be soiled, rotting or toxic. This is often enough time for a house, condo or townhouse - excluding garages and depending on size. If you would like to sell items, you will be responsible for this task, although I do encourage donation and getting the items out of the home swiftly so you aren't tempted to keep or bring items back inside. Often selling takes time and creates more effort than it is worth. If the house is unfinished by Thursday, due to size or quantity of items in home, you can hire me for another half or full week, or if you want garages or other storage areas purged.
