Experience using various computer systems and methods to maintain work schedules for meeting time commitments, responding to customers, delivering quotes, and completing numerous administrative tasks. Dispatch, direct, and monitor service work for service staff. Supervise, coach, mentor, and delegate tasks to Admin Assistant. Maintains Quick Books accounts. Creates and maintains filing system. Responsible for vendor accounts, data entry, and invoicing. Wages depending on experience
