ISO work for friend with 5 years of admin experience

Hi everyone! My really good friend wants to change jobs. I thought I would put some feelers out here for him, as this process is stressing him out. He’s got a political science and communications major. He has also worked for the same company for the last 4-5 years as their administrator. He also got their payroll system up and running. If anyone knows of anything available or anyone who can help him find work, please let me know! Anywhere between Langford and Sidney would be considered.
