I find the power down difficult because I use it for work. But probably will be fine if you can figure it out. Unfortunately this is unknown issue with Asus monitors. It might be solvable if you get a new power adapter or something, I don’t really know. Bought the monitor from Best Buy in 2019 and it’s out of warranty.
