Lead carpenter $40/hour to start

We are looking for a talented carpenter that can run a project day to day with support from our Project Manager. The right person must have strong leadership to guide and train our apprentices and be able to think critically to solve problems. Must be proficient reading plans and comfortable questioning them if things don’t make sense. You need to be a team player and be open to criticism and able to follow direction. We use different technology to stay organized so being comfortable using applications is a must. We are a residential company focused on renovation and projects that we find interesting and challenging. We tackle custom kitchens, large scale renovations, additions and decks if they are interesting. We are focused the the details and and are looking for people with a finish carpentry focus but have a well rounded background in the trade from foundation to finish.
