Spot is now ready and available for adoption Spot is approximately 9 months old and was picked up as a stray in Riverside California. He spent several months in the high kill shelter and then he was cleared to be euthanized. My rescue Guide Us Home German Shepherd Rescue Society, (CRA registered 837147776RR0001) pulled Spot and got him into Safety. He was in a foster home in Riverside and had a very unfortunate accident which resulted in his back leg being amputated. Spot is all healed up now and is zipping around like a puppy should. He’s nervous and cautious right now and that would be because everything is so unfamiliar to him. I believe that he’s experienced some level of abuse in his short life which would also make him a bit wary. Once he knows nothing bad is going to happen he warms up. He is not potty trained and that is currently being worked on. Due to being on strict bedrest his area is a double X-Pen with a large crate in it. He does like to play with other cheerful dogs although we keep that very limited for now. He’s approximately 30 pounds. If Spot sounds like a pup to add to your family, please get in touch to discuss.
