ISO Acreage

We are looking to purchase a single family home on acreage. Prefer home 1980s or newer but will consider others. We are looking for a minimum of 4 acres in west saanich/elk lake/keating/stellys areas. We prefer cleared or ALR land. If the property has a barn or equine set up that is preferred but not required.
