Sturdy treadmill in great condition. Tracks speed, distance and heart rate. The only thing that doesn't work is the incline (I purchased it this way). Easily folds so that it doesn't take up as much space when not in use. Heavy so you'll need a truck and a couple of strong people to move it. Pick up in the Happy Valley area of Langford.
