I can not make out enough of the maker's name on the remains of the decal. Thus manufacturer is unknown/unlisted here. Length: 6 1/2" Width: 2" Overall condition is good. No Rust, though the base does have faint yet unusual lines running throughout. (see photo) "MADE IN CAD." is visible in cast at rear of base Note slight damage to base at rear of bottom
