Caregiver For 18 Year Old Young Woman - ASAP $24.00 per hr. Plus .04 holiday pay. Stat holiday pay Hrs. 11am to 5 pm. Mon-Fri please do not apply if you can't work these hours and days. Please note we have a small dog. We do require a criminal records check. We are looking for an enthusiastic caring person to work with our amazing 18 year old daughter with a physical disability. The job includes personal care playing, hanging, help with school, outings, light house keeping, managing assistive technology, and more. The schedule of work is 11 am to 5 pm. Mon-fri (please do not apply if you can't work these hours). This is a support position and will require travelling to Vancouver with us every 4 months to bc children's hospital for the day. Going to camp with us in August. We ask you go to www.curesma.org and research what spinal muscular atrophy type 1 is before contacting us. Full paid training is provided.
