Full time CDA

Victoria BC Dental with Dr Morgan Hall and Dr Leah Hall are looking to add a CDA to our team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, energetic, and has a team-first, let’s do this attitude! We value enjoying every day and having a happy work environment. Our two attentive Dentists are a Father and Daughter team. We have currently two full time Cda's however one is off to college in the fall for upgrading. We are looking for another Cda to add to our amazing team. The ideal candidate would have: Enthusiasm and a passion for helping others The ability to be flexible and work with other team members to contribute to a great work day The desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally Role Requirements: A degree in a recognized dental assistance program Current registration. Current CPR and First Aid training, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, an ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease, Ability to take direction when required to improve the patient and team experience, Experience with Power Practice and digital equipment an asset but not necessary.
