$1,300 · Trailer/Tiny Home/Motor Home Spot

We have a spot on our farm for a Trailer or Tiny Home. Our current tenants are leaving and the spot will be available February 1, 2025. We are near Prospect Lake (Victoria/Saanich area) in the forest on 5 acres. We have trail access to the Rail Trail and possibly have a spot coming up for horse/pony board. We have a barn, outdoor hogfuel ring and large paddocks with shelters. Hook ups (30 or 50 amp, water, and septic), Internet and parking are included for $1300/month.
