Saveur Restaurant, located in Victoria’s historic Chinatown, values using locally sourced ingredients, working with Vancouver Island farmers, and working towards a community-driven and sustainable business model. We strive to provide a one-of-a-kind gustatory experience for our guests by providing exceptional service in all areas. We are seeking a permanent, professional, and energetic Bartender/Mixologist to join our friendly and inclusive team. While this position is mostly bartending, there is a bit of serving involved. Previous experience mixing/bartending is absolutely necessary, as we are looking for a creative person with a flair for creating out of the ordinary experiences. We would love to see someone who can come up with new ideas and use unique ingredients to come up with sensational beverages for our patrons. This position is part-time three days per week (approx. 20 hrs), Friday through Sunday with the possibility for more days in the future. Wages are paid hourly at $25.00/Hour. Please note, our restaurant is service charge based and gratuities are included in your wage. Benefits are available after 3 months, and we also offer a complimentary meal and beverage during your shift.
