Catering Operations

Toque Catering is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our operations team. The successful applicant will be a team player who can follow instructions, with serving & or customer service skills a strong asset. Must be able to work independently to complete tasks in an efficient manner. The operations department, is responsible for the safe and punctual delivery of high end catered lunches with the set-up of equipment and food to various venues around Victoria. Always adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines we ensure all food items are kept in compliance with company and health standards. Cleanliness and organization is crucial in all aspects of this position to assure to proper execution of daily schedules. Position requirements: Keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills. Serving, bussing, customer service skills a HUGE asset Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high pressure and fast paced environment. Communicate in a clear and concise manner with ability to read, write and understand instructions, policies and regulations. Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with clients and co-workers. Ability to bend, lift and push up to 30lbs when loading/unloading vehicle and event spaces. Must hold a valid drivers license. Serving experience/hospitality experience an asset.
