Townhouse Wanted – Stoneywood Lane or South Valley Drive Area (Saanich)

We are a quiet, retired couple who have recently sold our home in Saanich and want to buy a townhouse (we have cash in hand). We’re specifically interested in Stoneywood Lane, or one of the complexes in the South Valley Drive area of Strawberry Vale (possibly 530 or 520 Marsett Place as well). Specific layout we’re looking for is: Main floor entry with primary living space (including primary bed) on the main floor. Bonus space down. Must have a double garage. If driveway parking not allowed, a bit of suitable space on lower level for small workshop area. We do have a realtor lined up to call on if it is not a private seller situation.
