We are looking for a long term rental home (minimum 2 years), we have live in the Langford area for over 10 years and are keen to stay. We are a married couple looking for a house to rent in the westshore area. Open to a bit further out as well. We have credit check, references and are quiet and clean. Our current rental home which we have lived just shy of 4 years has recently sold. We are looking for April 1st or May 1st. But open to a June move in date if necessary. We are looking for a 3 bedroom+ (such as den/office/etc) in the westshore/or surrounding area. Our price range is 2800-3300.
