Detached cottage wanted

Do you have a detached-unfurnished-cottage coming available perhaps in Metchosin, or Sidney or anywhere in between. Unfortunately both Sooke and North of Goldstream is outside of where I’m looking. I am a young active senior, no pets, non smoking, non drinker, happy to take care of the lawn and gardens in return for a clean detached cottage with in unit laundry. I’m looking for at least 400 sq ft, reasonably priced, and long term only. Number of bedrooms is unimportant.
