$1,500 · WANTED; Fixer Upper for three months

Two mature men looking for accommodation for the next three months . I work full time, my partner is on disability I have skills and tools to manage a complete reno but would rather do maintenance and general repairs such as leaking roofs, perimeter drainage , interior painting ,duct and chimney repairs and cleaning ect. If you are responsible for a vacant property in need of attention perhaps we could be mutually beneficial, I have liability and property insurance and have budgeted $1500/month for accommodation.
