Hello! We are a Property Management company located in beautiful beach town of Jordan River. Busy all year round we are looking for 1 - 2 part time ( average 20 hrs/week) people to join us in looking after 12 cabins and their private properties. Job requirements: A vehicle ( to travel to and from each site) Your favorite cleaning tools. (Vacuum/mop/detail brushes) Independent work-ethic Ability to prioritize tasks inside of a time frame Pride in a clean and organized finished product Good physical ability to move around small spaces, up stairs and ladders to lofts.
