Signature Cleaning is looking to expand our team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about cleaning regardless of experience, willing to stick around long-term, and wanting to make this a career. This position is currently part-time and will increase in hours and responsibilities as the company grows. We are a small, local company operating in Victoria, the West-shore, and the Saanich peninsula. We do both residential and commercial cleaning. You will be working both in teams and alone and are required to work at least 3 days a week. We do need some assistance with weekend work as well. Our hours are generally between 9am-5pm, but you will usually be finished by 4pm. All supplies and equipment will be provided, you just need to have a reliable vehicle to get from job to job. You will go through an initial training period; its length will vary based on your performance. If this sounds like something you are interested in, I’d love to hear from you! Move-out cleaning, deep-cleaning, and post-construction cleaning are occasional. We do not clean Airbnb’s. Background check will be required to be completed for a successful candidate. Good personal hygiene is also a requirement as we will be in peoples homes and businesses. Duties include: • Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in an efficient manner. • Removing trash on client request. • Vacuuming/mopping • Occasional bed making • Deep cleaning • Move-out cleaning • Post-construction cleaning Rate of Pay First Week: $20/hour 2nd week to 1st month: $22/Hour End of First Month to End of 3-month probationary period: $24 Post 3-month Probation pay: $25 with $1 raises every 6 months, capping at $30/hour Message me here!
