$18 · Sales Associate Customer Service (PT/FT/OC)

Join our crew! Little Wildling's is proud to be Sooke's only brick and mortar children's shop! We are seeking a Sales Associate with excellent Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, assisting with shopify product creation tasks, up-keeping the shop, keeping busy during down time, etc. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred but not mandatory as we will train the right candidate! Responsibilities: -Handle customer inquiries, A++ customer service focus at all times, make relations with customers -Assist with online orders, inventory, stock room, social media, Shopify product creation, process preloved clothing, etc. -Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service -Provide information about the sales and products (maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products) -Preloved clothing intake process from start to finish -Support and maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom while adhering to a customer ready environment, and adhering to safety requirements -Perform daily housekeeping duties to company standard Other ​Qualifications and Behaviours: -Positive and professional demeanour and a go-getter attitude -Skills such as; excellent written/verbal communication, customer engagement, time management, organization, excel at working solo (and can work as a team) -Ability to maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom; climb a ladder, lift and carry up to 50 lbs Compensation: $18.5/hr to start. $19.5/hr post probation and training (6-8 months).
